BSR McDonald C142 (A3) Automatic/Manual Turntable Unit, 1972, made in Germany

BSR stands for Birmingham Sound Reproducers (British stereo equipment manufacturer) the end it was lumped together with ADC and parent MacDonald and often associated with this 3-speed turntable found on numerous all-in-one miniconsoles of the seventies and into the eighties, scorned by many...not the best turntable but a lot of kids got their start playing record on something like this phxaudiotape
