These black Desktop Stands from Adam Professional Audio are designed to optimize the acoustics of the F5, A3X, A5X, ARTist 3 and ARTist 5 monitors when used in a desktop setting. The two stands elevate each speaker at an angle and align the tweeters with ear level, reducing desk-surface reflections in favor of the sound coming directly from the speaker.

A non-slip rubber coating on top and underneath the stands ensures that the speakers stay in place, and helps dampen the vibrations between the speakers and the desk. This acoustic decoupling contributes to greater details across the frequency spectrum, improved stereo imaging, and a more accurate low-end response.

Constructed of coated MDF, these desktop stands are well-suited for a home setup, or for the rigors of professional studio use.

Teufel M80 Grundmodul Lautsprecher Boxen Speaker with original Speaker Stand's, 1994-98, made in Germany

The sound is just great. The sounds come saunder and clear and do not distort even in higher decibels. A true listening pleasure is Dolby Digital over the system one has the feeling in the middle of the film to sit as the notes are razor-sharp from the individual boxes are reproduced. The bass I would with a new purchase however a bit bigger and with active power amp select. The set weighs the money bag with 800 DM hardly considering the quality and performance that is delivered. Teufel is a regular winner in well-known HIFI magazines in the field of price performance. Similar systems from well-known manufacturers are in this performance class at 2000 DM and upwards. The 5 year guarantee continues to speak for itself. dooyoo

Notes Die Serie Teufel M80 gab es zunächst als Bausatz (entsprechend Ikea-Modell) und war konzipiert als 2-Wege Kombination in Verbindung mit einem Subwoofer, z.B. M800. Diese Kombination war erstaunlich leistungsfähig und zudem den Preis wert. Für die beiden M80 gab es noch eine dazu passenden Ständer, der – entsprechend Teufel Angaben aufgestellt - die akustische Abstrahlung optimierte.
