This is a 1960s Ampli-Vox Roving Rostrum portable PA system. It is basically an all-in-one analog PA system in a box.
It includes two speakers built into the housing, a mic gooseneck, volume control, line and aux. inputs, and 12V operation.
Microphone Astatic 335L hi-Z not included.
This unit is designed to work with D batteries. (A 12V power supply like a car/tractor/boat battery would also work in a pinch. You'd need alligator clips for this, however.)
This amp gives a trippy lo-fi sound when under-powered (7V - 10V) and a nice, crisp sound when powered at spec, around 12V - 13V.
Features:
- Desktop Podium Stereo Vox Amp
- 2 eingebaute Lautsprecher, 50W total
- 2 Klinkenbuchsen für externe Lautsprecher
- Mikrofoneingang Klinke
- Mikrofonhalter
- Power On/Off Schalter
- Cinch In/Out
- Made by Chamerlain, Chicago, USA
На борту системы 2-а широкополосных динамика (есть подозрения что это Shure, ибо в Shure Vocal Master VA300-S speaker column штамповка очень похожа как и у Philips)
