The two stands elevate each speaker at an angle and align the tweeters with ear level, reducing desk-surface reflections in favor of the sound coming directly from the speaker.

A non-slip rubber coating on top and underneath the stands ensures that the speakers stay in place, and helps dampen the vibrations between the speakers and the desk.
