"Effect" pedal from USSR. Controls include fuzz switch, vibrato amplitude, timbre. In and out sockets are DIN5 five-pin, just like on all the Soviet guitars and effects. This pedal was manufactured at Moscow electric-mecanical plant at Krasnoseljskaja street. It first appeared somewhere around 1977.
